Jon del Castillo

Biography

Jon maintains a broad solicitor practice with a focus on corporate commercial and real estate matters. He assists clients with the establishment of business entities, share and asset purchase agreements, corporate reorganizations, commercial lending and borrowing, and commercial real estate transactions.

Jon enjoys learning about his clients’ business in order to generate opportunities for growth. His science background enables him to provide legal solutions with a pragmatic mindset and attention to detail.

In his spare time, Jon enjoys trying new restaurants around the city, playing tennis, and spending time with his pets. He is also an avid reward miles and points collector and loves award travels.
