Hans Gustavson

Biography

Hans is a solicitor with a primary focus on real estate, development, and corporate commercial matters. His practice includes advising on property development, leasing, acquisitions, sales, financing, and zoning. He also assists clients with corporate and commercial matters, such as incorporations, asset and share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.

Prior to his legal career, Hans gained experience in banking, wealth management, foreign exchange, and property management. He also worked as a research assistant during law school, was an executive member of the Society of Law Students, and served as President and captain of his law school hockey team.

Outside of work, Hans is a year-round hockey player, a skier, and a golfer.
